PREPARATIONS for Truro Carnival are well under way thanks to the generosity of many city businesses.
The latest firm to get behind the event is Sharkfin Media, which is part of Lightbox, based in Highertown.
It has redesigned and built the carnival committee’s website which promotes the annual event, to be held on September 11.
Rachel Palmer, chairman of the committee, said: “Our new website is absolutely stunning. Jonathon Mallet, a director of Sharkfin Media, has made the site appealing and has even included extra special touches, such as using the map containing the route of the Carnival as a “follow the truck” game.”
The firm has also designed a new brochure advertising the event as well as a photo session and canvas print for the carnival auction.
The website also has links to the carnival’s chosen charity this year which is Ella’s Memory, set up by Martyn and Emmillie Selley.
