Police hunt for thief of 42in TV

POLICE are hunting for clues after a burglary in which a TV and DVD player were stolen.
The theft happened in Spring Hill in Lincoln between 3am and 7.30am on Saturday, July 7. The offender broke a pane of glass in the front door and reached in to undo the lock. A 42in flat screen TV and DVD player were then taken from the living room of the shared house.
A police investigation is now under way and officers are urging anyone with information about the offence to get in touch.
Elsewhere in the county, a car transporter was stolen from Langworth Motors in Station Road in Langworth, near Wragby, at about 11.10pm on Wednesday, June 23.
Police said that CCTV footage shows several cars and a cyclist driving by the garage during the incident and are asking anyone who saw anything to get in touch.
